How it Works

Every step, no guesswork

Pickup process

4:50pm: Rider route starts. You get SMS: "Washmat rider on the way 6pm to 9pm."

10 mins before: Rider calls: "Washmat, 10 mins away."

At your gate: Rider sends WhatsApp pin + "Arrived", then calls.

We wait 15 minutes total. Max 2 calls.

Bag scan: Clock starts. You get SMS: "36hr clock started."

Missed pickup rules

No answer after 2 calls + 15 mins = Missed Pickup.

We skip. No charge. Your pickup rolls to next day you booked.

Miss 3x in 30 days = Service paused until you confirm by WhatsApp.

Why: Ghost pickups kill routes for everyone else.

Delivery process

Clock stops when rider arrives at your gate.

7am: Rider route starts. SMS: "Out for delivery 9am to 6pm."

10min out: Call.

At gate: Pin + "Arrived". 2 calls. 15 min wait.

Not home for delivery?

98% of clients use askari or safe drop. It is clean laundry. We send photo proof at your gate.

You choose: Leave with askari, behind plant, or office desk. Rider takes photo. You approve in app. Zero risk.

Missed collection?

Free redelivery next business day 9am to 6pm. Subscribers only, if you have 2 pickup days available that week.

Free factory pickup within 3 days. Sun to Fri 8am to 5pm.

After 3 days: Shelf space UGX 2,000/bag/day.

After 14 days: We donate to charity. SMS warning day 12.

Free means free. UGX 0 for pickup and delivery in areas listed. No fuel fees.

1 address per order. Home or office. Pick at checkout. No mid-route changes.

Redelivery: Subscribers only. Requires 2 pickup days available in your plan that week.
