Wash, Dry & Fold - Everyday clothes in a Washmat Bag
We pick up your weekly clothes packed in Washmat Bags.
Before your first pickup, we drop free Washmat Bags based on your plan. 1 bag = up to 7.5kg. If it zips comfortably, we wash it all.
Every pocket is checked. Whites, lights, and darks are separated and washed in cold water to protect color and fabric.
Everything is machine dried, neatly folded, and back at your doorstep in 36hrs. Ready to wear or put away.
Wash & Iron - Your best pieces, wrinkle-free
First, we wash your clothes. Every pocket checked. Whites, lights, and darks separated and washed in cold water to protect color and fabric. Machine dried to prevent shrinkage.
Then, we iron shirts, trousers, dresses and sheets from your Washmat Bag. At setup, you get Washmat Hangers and a Garment Cover for each bag.
We iron up to 12 pieces per bag. We do not iron underwear or socks.
Ironed clothes return on Washmat Hangers with Garment Covers, or neatly folded in your Washmat Bag. 48-hour turnaround for quality.
Household Wash - Comforters, duvets, pillows, curtains, small rugs
We pick up and wash bulky household textiles in Washmat Sacks. No sack = no pickup. We do not collect loose items.
Accepted: Comforters, duvets, pillows, curtains, small rugs up to 1.5m x 2m. Not accepted: Leather, silk, foam mattresses, non-washable or oversized rugs. Oversized? WhatsApp us for a partner referral.
Before your first pickup, we drop a free Washmat Sack. One sack holds a king duvet + 2 pillows + 1 throw. If it zips, we wash it.
Every item is washed alone in cold water, machine dried, folded, and returned in 72 hours. If we are late, your next bulky pickup is free.

We pick up daily or on your schedule in branded Washmat Crates.
Sheets, towels, and uniforms are washed separately in industrial machines. Clinic-grade hot wash 90C available for medical linens.

- We deliver your sack free 1 day before first pickup.
Washmat Crate
Heavy-duty 120L stackable crate for high-volume pickup and delivery. Branded, sealed lid, easy to roll through service corridors.
- If the lid closes, we wash it. Overfilled crates will not be collected.
- No crate = no pickup. We only collect items inside a Washmat crate.
- Free crates at setup. Account manager refreshes stock on schedule.

Heavy-duty 120L stackable crate for high-volume pickup and delivery. Sealed lid, branded for your back-of-house.
